ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS
Mighty Wolf PupsGive your child (for toddlers 3 & 4 years of age) a strong and confident jump-start on life! This interactive program is designed for our youngest members to experience their first athletic steps with support or supervision of a parent, family member or caregiver. Tiny Tigers will enjoy participating in energized classes that are full of fun, games and excitement, designed for their age group, while developing their character at an early age. They will enhance their motor skills, build confidence, learn to listen to instruction, engage in various team activities, while integrating the basic skills and discipline of Taekwondo.

Little NinjasThe Little Ninjas (for children 5-8 years of age) classes are geared towards learning the proper form, technique and execution of Taekwondo while emphasizing important life skills such as: courtesy, respect, discipline and having a positive attitude. Those life skills are not only essential for character development but also facilitate a seamless transition into Kindergarten and Elementary School. Classes are taught in an encouraging, fun, motivational, positive and well disciplined environment and consist of exciting and hi-energy drills that are carefully designed through a curriculum that is adapted to your child’s individual pace and readiness.

Junior DragonsThe Junior Dragons program (for students 9-14 years of age) focuses on various aspects of Taekwondo such as: self-defense, poomsae/patterns, sparring, technique, flexibility and much more. Students will improve their confidence, motivation, discipline and focus while taking part of a interactive competitive and dynamic curriculum that concentrates on the development of character and fitness levels (strength, stamina, and cardiovascular) in an highly energetic environment. Students will learn how to overcome peer pressure, bullying, take personal responsibility, build a positive attitude and respect both themselves and others.

Teen & Adult TaekwondoThe Teen & Adult Taekwondo (13+ years of age) comprehensive fitness program includes: athletic conditioning, self defense techniques, poomsae/patterns, sparring, and much more. Through this class you will quickly notice improved cardio, strength, flexibility, and muscle toning as a result of performing a variety of martial arts and fitness exercises. Classes are structured in a way where both beginner and advanced students continually learn and develop their mind, body, and spirit through a unique martial arts experience. It's never to late to kick your way to a better & healthier lifestyle.

Black BeltThe Black Belt Program is designed for those looking to continually challenge themselves, refine and improve their skills, and excel in Olympic taekwondo by pushing themselves to next level. They will work on further improving various advanced techniques, core conditioning, flexibility, strength training, and physical fitness levels.

High Performance SparringThe High Performance Sparring competitive program focuses on Olympic style Taekwondo sparring and is designed to challenge students with the highest level of cardiovascular and muscle endurance. This program is constructed to develop high performance athletes and competitors with elite skills, technique, fitness levels, self-control, self-discipline, and dedication. Depending on their level and success, students will have an opportunity to compete at tournaments and travel to various destinations both within Canada and internationally. Sparring Samurais & PoomsaeThe Sparring Samurais & Poomsae classes are our competitive programs designed for students who attend taekwondo tournaments regularly and express their passion for taekwondo. To be a candidate for our competitive programs it is necessary to practice at least three times a week.

Kick FitThe Kick Fit class is a cardio program structured for individuals of all ages, even with no previous martial arts experience. It focuses on various fitness exercises and kicking drills that will get your heart beat racing and challenge your fitness abilities for an awesome workout!

All Belt FamilyThe All Belt Family Class is designed to be a fun session for parents and children to explore taekwondo together. Such experiences bring family members closer by participating in a dynamic martial arts environment. Brace up for a lot of fun!
